Your Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals at the senior consultant or manager level to join our team as a Transformation Expert.

Key to this role is guiding, designing and delivering client transitions and transformations with confidence and proficiency. You will lead initiatives prioritizing user needs, behaviors and experiences related to changes identified.

Closely collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute transformation strategies that minimize resistance and maximize engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess client change needs and develop tailored transformation plans.
  • Design and facilitate experiences, workshops and communication plans to support change initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies for buy-in and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate change initiative effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and best practices in transformation management.
  • Contribute to proposal development and tender responses.
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in consulting, transformation, organizational development or related role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in developing and implementing transformation strategies aligning with organizational goals.
  • Familiarity in conducting change impact assessments identifying employee and process impact.
  • Ability to develop personas, user journey maps and other design artifacts communicating user insights and design concepts.
  • Demonstration in collaborating with project teams integrating transformation activities into project plans.
