Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, be professional, approachable, and confident in building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities include ensuring a welcoming and customer-friendly environment, greeting customers upon arrival, keeping customers updated throughout the repair process, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will also be proficient in computer systems and communication tools, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work effectively with others.
