Job Title:

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Role

This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting the repair process through effective communication and coordination as a Customer Service Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environment
  • Greet customers upon arrival and keep them updated throughout the repair process
