Job Title: Associate Director

The Capital Markets leadership role is a critical position within our Institutional bank. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the Structured Capital Markets business, originating, structuring, and arranging securitisation transactions for clients.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the capital markets industry, with expertise in origination, structuring, and transaction management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Structured Capital Markets business, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Originating, structuring, and arranging securitisation transactions for clients.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, Relationship Managers, and Risk.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.
