As a seasoned governance professional, we seek a dedicated individual to join our Board as a Non-Executive Director.

  • A key aspect of this role is the ability to support the organization's mission and vision by leveraging expertise in community service and governance.
  • Strong leadership skills are essential for success in this position, including the capacity to engage diverse stakeholders and drive organizational growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting strategic planning and decision-making processes,
  • Fostering collaboration among Board members and staff,
  • Representing the organization externally and promoting its values.

The successful candidate will be expected to commit to a 3-year term, with the possibility of renewal.

Board meetings are scheduled monthly, typically on weekdays from 5:30 pm, with the option to participate via teleconference. A one-day strategy session is held bi-annually.
