Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support, working efficiently to manage and resolve complex technical issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders by diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
  • Manage user accounts and profiles within an active directory to maintain security protocols and operations.
  • Configure and maintain Windows servers, ensuring regular updates and system integrity.
  • Administer Office 365 applications to optimize user experience and address client needs.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of networking hardware and software systems.
Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues to ensure uninterrupted IT operations.
  • Experience with active directory for managing and maintaining user accounts and permissions.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server environments for managing network resources.
  • Skilled in Office 365 Administration to configure, manage, and support Office 365 services.
  • Capability in network configuration to set up, manage, and troubleshoot networking devices.
  • Experience with remote desktop support to assist users with IT-related queries and issues.
  • Familiarity with the ITIL Framework for effective IT service management and delivery processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ticketing systems such as ServiceNow for handling and resolving service requests.
