IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in providing technical support, resolving issues efficiently, and working with various software systems.

• This position requires an individual who can provide frontline IT support for internal and external stakeholders by diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• The successful candidate will manage user accounts and profiles within Active Directory, maintaining security protocols and operations.
• Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Windows servers, ensuring regular updates and system integrity.
• Additionally, this role involves administering Office 365 applications to optimize user experience and address client needs.
• The IT Support Engineer will also assist in the installation and configuration of networking hardware and software systems.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues is essential to ensure uninterrupted IT operations.
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and Office 365 Administration is required.
• Capability in network configuration and remote desktop support is necessary.
• Familiarity with the ITIL Framework and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is advantageous.
