Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to provide operational support to the Governance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Program leadership team, including Program Director, Program Manager, and Stream Leads.
  • Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as necessary, ensuring timely response to stakeholder needs.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding activities for the S360 Program, providing comprehensive administrative support during recruitment.
  • Support contract management, vendor liaison, and goods receipting, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication among team members, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive effective project delivery.
  • Prepare executive reports, capture meeting minutes, and maintain documentation of key program governance forums.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of partnership and cooperation.
  • Assist in coordinating project delivery activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO and WHS regulations, promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.
