Residential Services Director

Helping Hand is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Services Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in aged care, with experience in managing and leading teams, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring high-quality services are delivered.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Leading and managing a team of care staff to deliver high-quality services
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
What we're looking for:
- Formal qualifications in health, aged care, or a related field
- Extensive experience in aged care, with a focus on leadership and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
