Key Responsibilities:
  • Roster support workers and backfill shifts for unplanned/planned leave.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of agreements, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate shift changes and escalate roster-related people matters.
  • Establish and maintain data in the rostering system.
Requirements:
  • Experience and skill maintaining a roster of staff.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure to find a solution.
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Great team player; ultimately self-motivated and reliant.
  • Good computer skills + ability to pick up systems quickly.
  • Blue and Yellow Card/NDIS clearance required to start (we can help).
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination.
