This role involves conducting assessments to guide clients towards new career paths, collaborating with health professionals, employers, insurers, and stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes, and identifying return-to-work barriers and developing programs to assist injured employees in returning to work.

You will visit workplaces to understand challenges and educate employers on the benefits of good work practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a tertiary qualification in rehabilitation counselling, social work, or psychology, and registration with AHPRA, AASW, or ASORC. You should also possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as an innovative mindset and a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
