**Job Title:** Patient Services Clerk

This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and skilled individual to join our multidisciplinary team as a Patient Services Clerk.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing high level administration support to the Neurosciences Consulting Rooms. You will work closely with patients, doctors, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient and accurate data entry of patient details into PAS.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling medical records and patient information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  • Assisting with appointment scheduling, reception duties, and other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of Year 12 HSC / VCE or equivalent and at least two years' experience as a PSC or equivalent in a health service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
