Ongoing full-time position in the role of Deputy Communications Intelligence Security Officer within the Intelligence Policy and Liaison Section. Key responsibilities include managing compartment briefings and debriefings as well as overseeing Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities.

As an experienced professional, you possess sound judgement and can operate with a high level of autonomy. You work effectively in a team environment and are committed to building strong stakeholder relationships.

This role requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as a positive attitude.

Main responsibilities:

  • Liaising with National Intelligence Community agencies regarding security requirements for access and intelligence reporting
  • Managing access to and accreditation of SCIFs in line with relevant security protocols
  • Auditing intelligence material and handling security incidents related to intelligence
  • Ensuring destruction of intelligence material in accordance with government policies and frameworks

The ideal candidate has experience working in a similar role and possesses a Positive Vetting (PV) security clearance or is willing to obtain one.
