Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the operations team.
  • Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair technical systems. Identify issues to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Perform installations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and document activities.
  • Act as the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on technical repair and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • A commitment to ensuring the performance and longevity of customers' technology through expertise and dedication.
