We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our KinCare team in the Nambucca Heads area. As a Home Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly customers, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently at home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Domestic Assistance: Cleaning and maintaining the home of our customers to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating habits.
  • Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected with their community.
  • Personal care, including getting clients ready, showered, and dressed for the day, as well as assisting with medication management and mobility.
  • Providing respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
  • Social support and company to appointments, helping our customers stay on top of their health and wellbeing.

What We Look for in a Care Worker:
  • You are passionate about assisting our aged community and have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • You are able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for help when needed.
  • You are available to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
