About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Nambucca Heads. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality in-home care services to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Domestic Assistance: Provide cleaning and household support to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Personal Care: Assist with meal preparation, shopping, and personal care tasks to promote our customers' independence and well-being.
  • Social Support: Offer emotional support, companionship, and access to lifestyle activities to enhance our customers' quality of life.
  • Transportation: Provide transportation to appointments and social events, ensuring our customers can maintain their connections with family and friends.
  • Complex Care: Provide specialized care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, to ensure their safety and well-being.

Requirements
  • Current Driver's License: Hold a current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, find solutions to everyday problems, and know when to seek support from your Manager.
