I am a passionate person who loves working in an engaged and supportive environment to deliver amazing service and care to customers as part of a team. I have high empathy that enables me to understand the needs of our customers and to provide a service that exceeds their expectations. I am motivated to add value to Hazel Home Care’s goal of supporting older Australians to remain living at home with quality care and services. The Care Professional role is responsible for delivering quality care and supports to older people so they can remain living at their home. You are a kind and caring person who is also practical and can get things done. You will be working in customers home to support them to live the way they want. You are approachable and love working with older people. You can read the Care Plan and make a note of what you have done with the customer each shift. You call out when something does not look right and will always think safety first. You know what care and supports you can offer to the customer and are clear with what you can’t do. Your skills and experience are right for what you want to do and you are open to more learning. The role of the Care Professional works within the purpose and values of Hazel Home Care.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $31.00 - $39.00 per hour
