We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team in Nambucca Heads. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating habits and independence.
- Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected and engaged with their community.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
- Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families, providing a sense of relief and comfort.
- Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, including dementia, and work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
