This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your payroll systems expertise and accelerate the performance of leading organisations.
- Provide system administration and support for payroll platforms, including Kronos T&A
- Analyse data, troubleshoot systems, and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Evaluate and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective solutions
- Contribute to the implementation of best practices in payroll systems and reporting
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll systems administration, ideally Kronos T&A, and exposure to multi-entity payroll environments.
They will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have proven ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Key Requirements:- Expertise in payroll systems administration, preferably Kronos T&A
- Familiarity with multi-entity payroll operations and data analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive business outcomes
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
