The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations and Safety Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our repair centers, as well as providing support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations and Safety Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Safety Management: Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed, and safety incidents/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
  • Operations Support: Provide support to the leadership team to ensure the smooth operation of the repair center.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Reporting and Administration: Ensure the site is operating profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, and Management Reports by utilizing the tools provided to understand site performance.
  • Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
