Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Development Manager to improve our market position and achieve financial growth with GET & Undercarriage products in the NSW Region.

This role reports into our National Head Office and works closely with the regional Aftermarket Management Team.

  • Define long-term organisational strategic goals and build positive working relations with key customers and suppliers.
  • Attend customer meetings to present solutions and services that meet or predict future needs.
  • Work with Regional parts departments to coordinate sales and marketing activities for GET & Undercarriage parts.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, extensive knowledge of GET & Undercarriage products and sales process, strong communication skills, and a highly driven and commercially focused approach.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest GET & Undercarriage products and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.
