Job Title: Nurse Leader

">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team and provide exceptional care to our residents.
">As a nurse leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team members to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will also monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement best practices to ensure compliance.
">About the Role:
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of older Australians. You will have the chance to work collaboratively with our clinical teams and facility manager to ensure that care is tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
">Key Responsibilities:
">• Lead a team of nursing staff and personal care assistants to provide guidance and support.
">• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement best practices to ensure compliance.
">• Collaborate with clinical teams and facility manager to ensure care is tailored to individual needs.
">Requirements:
">• 3 years' experience working as an RN within Aged Care.
">• Demonstrated leadership skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills.
">• Willingness to apply for a National Police Check and evidence of Australian work rights.
