Leadership Nurse Position

As a seasoned Clinical Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care at our esteemed hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the nursing team with planning, assessment, implementation and evaluation of high-quality standard of evidence-based, person-centered care
- Adhere to AHPRA professional standards, code of ethics and conduct, legislative requirements and relevant policies and processes
- Develop a learning environment through clinical presentations to support the nursing team with their professional development and maintain own professional learning and continuous professional development
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years' experience within an acute environment
- Desirable: 1-year minimum team leader or in-charge nursing experience
