Nurse Leadership Position

As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will assume leadership responsibility for the management of nursing standards within our healthcare organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain current knowledge and competence in accordance with the code of ethics, professional standards, and relevant legislation affecting nursing practice.
- Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical support or relevant expertise as needed.
- Collaborate with peers to create a positive work environment that achieves best practice outcomes for patients.
- Monitor and improve nursing standards, leading quality initiatives and education in alignment with our strategic objectives.
