Sales and Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Logistics Coordinator at our Forrestfield site. As a key member of our Quaker Oats team, you will be responsible for coordinating sales orders, scheduling production, and ensuring timely dispatch of export documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, schedule, and confirm sale orders with customers.
- Coordinate with production planning and orders, freight bookings, and liaise with warehouse and third-party transport for product movement.
- Communicate shipment status, tracking forecasts, and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Prepare all loading paperwork accurately.
- Prepare forward production demand and estimated loadout plan dates in the system.
- Align scheduled volumes with demand and shipment plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of export documentation.
- Review freight invoices and enter commercial invoices into the relevant system.
Requirements
- Experience in export documentation, logistical or production scheduling preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork-oriented.
- Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving goals through continuous improvement.
