Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Administrator to join our administration team at our Forrestfield depot in Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate data entry of information into the warehouse system on a daily basis, supporting the warehouse and transport operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all incoming and outgoing transactions and bookings in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Receipt orders into the system correctly and efficiently.
  • Participate in stock takes and maintain accurate stock control.
  • Liaise with dock operational staff to ensure customer freight requirements are met.
  • Complete and compile transport documents accurately.
  • Scan paperwork into the freight system.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration Manager.
Requirements
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within the transport and warehousing industry.
  • Ability to prioritize high volumes of work and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Full Australian work rights.
