Key Details:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Coverage for parental leave
- Selection Process: Phone Interview - In-Person Interview - Online Assessments - Background Checks - Medical Evaluations
The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Process, schedule, and confirm sales orders with clients.
- Collaborate with production planning, manage freight bookings, and coordinate with warehouse and third-party transport for product distribution.
- Communicate shipment updates, tracking forecasts, and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Accurately prepare all necessary loading documentation.
- Develop forward production demand and estimated loadout plans within the system.
- Align scheduled volumes with demand and shipping plans.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of export documentation.
- Review freight invoices and input commercial invoices into the appropriate systems.
Uphold compliance with Quaker's ethical standards and company policies.
Required QualificationsSkills and Experience:
- Previous experience in export documentation, logistics, or production scheduling is preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Self-driven and committed to achieving objectives through continuous improvement.
