About Us

We provide expert tax strategy and business advice to improve the financial health of businesses and individuals.

Due to organic growth, we are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to handle administration tasks related to client services provided by our accounting team.

About the Role

  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as database record management, document creation, and cloud-based system setup.
  • Support a team of accountants and deal with external clients on their behalf.
  • Liaise with third parties after obtaining client permission.
  • Assist with tax returns, engagement agreements, and other client-related tasks.
  • Communicate with regulatory bodies as required.

About You

  • At least 2 years' experience in office administration is essential.
  • Knowledge of accounting practices is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and cloud-based software is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are required.
