Your Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld steel products using various techniques
- Select, clean, and prepare metal from stock
- Cut marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools, flame cutting torches, and metal cutting machines
- Join metal sections using bolting and welding techniques
- Examine welds for width, penetration, and precision
- Clean and smooth welds by filing, chiseling, and grinding
Requirements
- Experience in welding and fabrication procedures and interpreting drawings
- Tig & MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment
- Welding certification or relevant experience
- Current driver's license and reliable transport
- Ability to work in a team environment
