Job Title: Steel Fabrication Support SpecialistWe are seeking a hands-on and reliable team member to provide support for our fabrication, installations, and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the factory team, site crews, and project staff to help manage materials, track orders, and interpret technical structural drawings.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate material handling and ensure efficient logistics
  • Monitor project timelines and material deliveries to prevent delays
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth operations
  • Support scheduling and coordination of installations to meet customer needs
  • Provide basic support for fabrication and site crews to ensure quality delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records up-to-date
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all aspects of the job
Requirements:
  • Experience in construction, steel fabrication, warehousing, or a related trade/technical environment
  • Ability to read and understand basic structural steel drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and familiarization with Tekla, AutoCAD, or similar software is an asset
  • Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
  • Eager to learn and take initiative in growing within the organization
