The Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to guide and manage teams focused on delivering frontline housing services. Ensuring high-quality client service for those seeking housing assistance or living in public housing is a key priority.

This role involves meeting organisational goals, service standards, stakeholder expectations and client needs in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate must understand the context, make sound decisions, achieve outcomes and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

The successful Team Leader will operate at a level consistent with the Victorian Public Service 5.1 Grade Descriptors and Value Range Standard Descriptors as set out in the relevant government guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve operational problems and issues experienced by team members.
  • Respond to family violence risk in accordance with Multi Agency Risk Assessment Management (MARAM) guidelines.
