As the Library Network Lead, you will play a critical role in driving excellence in library and information services across our dynamic network. Your leadership will ensure that our libraries not only meet but exceed high-quality standards, delivering exceptional service that is responsive to the needs of our diverse customer base.

This position is location negotiable across TAFE NSW North Coast campuses, depending on business needs and campus availability.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. They will champion continuous improvement to enhance library services and strategise and implement operational plans for integrated and customer-focused library services.

About You

We are looking for a passionate leader who possesses an accredited library and information science qualification and holds eligibility for Associate membership of ALIA. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, strategic planning, and operational improvement.
