Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating customer inquiries and managing job scheduling to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Liaising with customers to provide timely updates on job progress and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Communicating effectively with our field technicians to ensure smooth job execution and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
