As a Customer Service Officer at YMCA NSW, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Working across a flexible roster on 7 days, you will meet and greet customers, respond to internal and external enquiries via phone calls, email and face-to-face interactions. Additionally, you will perform general administration tasks to ensure accurate management of enquiries, bookings and issues.

You are self-motivated with a passion for customer satisfaction. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy problem-solving. Your exceptional customer service and admin skills, along with your ability to build rapport with people, will see you excel in this role.
Key Requirements
- Current CPR certificate
