The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Sales Manager to join our team in Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory. As a State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key accounts and distributors
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive business results

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales management or account management role within the licensed space
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong drive for results and ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve outstanding results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
