As an In-Work Support Mentor you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to maintain sustainable employment outcomes. You will provide ongoing mentoring guidance and practical assistance to both participants and employers to help resolve workplace challenges strengthen retention and promote long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure each participant's individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the center of your focus.
- Provide tailored post-placement and on-the-job support to participants to help them maintain sustainable employment.
- Mentor participants and offer specialised assistance to address workplace or personal barriers.
- Actively engage with the local community industries and stakeholders to identify growth and revenue opportunities for the business.
- An inclusive work environment that values both your personal and professional life.
- Access specialist and accredited training professional mentoring and ongoing coaching.

This is a Full-Time opportunity operating in the Shoalhaven region.
