The role of the Finance Manager is to drive financial performance across a retail asset portfolio, providing accurate forecasts and budgets that inform strategic business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial reporting for a portfolio of retail assets, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with Centre and Portfolio Managers to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Deliver insightful management reports with variance analysis and commentary for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes, automating reporting, and enhancing the delivery of property finance activities.
  • Establish strong relationships across the business, translating financial data into actionable insights that support decision-making and business performance.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CA/CPA certification.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial or management accounting, ideally within the retail property sector.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with reporting tools such as Yardi and TM1.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, with excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
