Lead a Portfolio of Retail Assets

As a seasoned finance professional, you will take ownership of the financial performance of a portfolio of retail assets on a 12-month fixed term contract.

  • Manage comprehensive financial reporting across a portfolio of retail assets, including month-end, year-end, BAS, GST reconciliations, and tax forecasting.
  • Drive strategic budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with Centre and Portfolio Managers to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Deliver insightful management reporting with variance analysis and commentary for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement operational excellence by improving processes, automating reporting, and ensuring timely delivery of property finance activities.
  • Develop strong relationships across the business, translating financial data into actionable insights that support decision-making and business performance.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or a related discipline, with certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial or management accounting, ideally within the retail property sector.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with reporting tools such as Yardi and TM1.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, with excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
