As a key member of our Solutions team, you will play a vital role in leading NetSuite integration projects and providing top-notch ERP support to clients. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deploy, support, and enhance our AP automation solution, focusing on Oracle NetSuite implementations.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle NetSuite and a strong technical background with SaaS or ERP products. They should possess a customer-first mindset and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support client implementations of our AP automation platform with Oracle NetSuite.
  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and provide tailored ERP/AP solutions.
  • Provide exceptional technical support to clients, particularly with escalated issues or complex ERP-related inquiries.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation, technical notes, and knowledge base articles.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Success, and Technology teams to ensure customer success and solution excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the evolving NetSuite platform and contribute to improving our integration capabilities.
