We are currently seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Technical Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical expert who can operate as both a Technical Solution Architect and a Technical Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing scalable, high-performance NetSuite solutions with a focus on maintainability and best practices. They will also be proficient in SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs), performance optimization, and testing automation.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing scalable, high-performance NetSuite solutions with a focus on maintainability and best practices.
2. Optimizing code and solution architecture for performance and future growth especially for processing high volume data
3. Proficiency in the NetSuite APM Tool
4. Leading the integration of NetSuite with external systems using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs).
5. Collaborating with internal and external development teams to implement and maintain integration pipelines.
6. Testing & Automation
7. Developing and overseeing end-to-end testing strategies including automated testing frameworks.
8. Ensuring robust testing coverage across all modules and integrations.
9. Technical Leadership & Coordination
10. Acting as a liaison between developers, functional consultants, and stakeholders.
11. Coordinating sprint deliverables and technical backlogs with internal and external teams.
12. Documentation & Standards
13. Owning and maintaining technical documentation across solutions, including APIs, data models, build flow charts and workflows.
14. Implementing documentation standards and ensuring knowledge continuity.
15. CI/CD Support (Bonus)
Collaborating with DevOps team on CI/CD strategies and deployments (bonus – we already have strong support here)

Required Skills & Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience with NetSuite development and architecture.
2. Strong hands-on experience with SuiteTalk (SOAP and REST APIs).
3. Proven experience in designing scalable and high-performing NetSuite solutions.
4. Deep knowledge of NetSuite customization, scripting (SuiteScript 2.x), and integration patterns.
5. Experience with automated testing strategies and tools in the NetSuite ecosystem.
6. Excellent documentation and communication skills – especially in bridging technical and non-technical teams.
7. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and technical coordination.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams.

Preferred/Bonus Skills:
1. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
2. NetSuite certifications (Developer, SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) are a plus.
3. Experience in agile project environments.
