You'll bring strong technical knowledge, empathy, and big-picture thinking to this role. With 6+ years of experience in road, earthworks, drainage, and general civil infrastructure projects, you'll be well-equipped to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of key client design standards.
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills in complex multi-disciplinary environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using software such as AutoCAD (desired but not essential).
- Relevant on-site credentials and a valid driver's licence.
- Chartered status with Engineers Australia (desirable but not essential).
