Early Childhood Coordinator Role

  • The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Early Childhood, Allied Health, Social Work, or a related field and be able to utilise their skills to ensure evidence-based decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide child and family-centred support, ensuring that children receive the right interventions based on best practice evidence.
  2. Support families through navigation of complex systems, connecting them to community services and mainstream programs to enhance their social participation and access to essential services.
  3. Guide families through NDIS plan reassessments, gathering evidence, assisting with goal development, and ensuring the right support is in place.
  4. Utilise the NDIS plan to support children and their families with improved choice, control, social participation, and overall quality of life.
