Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support a multi-year Defence program delivering an enterprise Health Knowledge Management (HKM) System to enhance clinical decision-making for the ADF.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure supplier performance aligns with contract requirements, quality standards, and program timelines.
  2. Work closely with the Subcontracts Commercial Manager and Solution Lead to integrate supplier efforts and deliver the HKM System.
  3. Mentor suppliers to operate effectively within Defence frameworks and drive successful program outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience applying project management methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Solid technical understanding to evaluate supplier deliverables and contribute to technical discussions and documentation.
  • Knowledge of subcontracting principles, including finance, contract types, scheduling, and earned value management.
