We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Aged Care team as Trainee Workers. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start their career in the aged care industry.

This traineeship program offers comprehensive on-the-job training, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.

You will work alongside experienced staff, providing high-quality care to residents while gaining valuable experience and qualifications.

No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and work hard.

As a Trainee Worker, you can expect to perform tasks such as personal care, bed making, and feeding. You will also have the opportunity to participate in social activities and build strong relationships with clients and other staff members.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in aged care
  • Good communication skills and ability to listen effectively
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • A clear National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Working rights in Australia

We offer a range of benefits, including:

  • A minimum of 15 hours per week guaranteed
  • The opportunity to work up to 38 hours per week
  • A set 12-month contract with locked-in shifts
  • Competitive hourly rate starting from $24.17 per hour
  • Ongoing support and training to help you succeed in your role

Shifts

Shifts are available Monday to Friday, at the following times:

AM - 7:00am to 3:00pm

PM - 3:00pm to 10:00pm

  • The setting of tables and meals for residents
  • Social activities
  • Ability to listen, build a report, and work with a range of clients and other staff
