About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for Graduate Registered Nurses to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. As a member of our team, you will be supported to develop your skills and advance your career in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care that meets the needs of older adults in a residential aged care setting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centered care plans that promote resident independence and well-being.
  • PARTICIPATE IN ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.

What You'll Need
