Aged Care Trainee Opportunity

Embark on a fulfilling career in Aged Care with our supportive organization. As an Aged Care Trainee, you will play a vital role in assisting elderly residents in Residential Aged Care settings.

We offer a 12-month traineeship with guaranteed part-time hours, which can increase up to full-time employment after completion. Our dedicated team provides comprehensive support from experienced mentors, leadership, learning and development teams, and registered training organizations throughout your traineeship.

The key requirements for this role include having a positive attitude, being reliable, willingness to learn and grow, ability to pass a National Police Check, valid working rights in Australia, residency in Australia, access to State Funding for training, and regular availability to work AM shifts and attend training sessions.

As an Aged Care Trainee, you will be responsible for providing personal care, bed making, room tidying, feeding, setting tables and meals, engaging in social activities, listening, building relationships, and working effectively with clients and staff members.
