About the Role

The Member Experience Manager at our Parramatta club is responsible for overseeing the member experience, leading a team of Member Support Consultants (MSC), and ensuring exceptional personalized service to members.

This role involves managing daily workflow, achieving sales targets, creating structures for MSC success, delivering sales training, and driving membership growth initiatives.

  • Manage daily workflow to meet monthly sales targets and achieve individual sales targets
  • Create a framework for MSC success in meeting daily minimum performance criteria
  • Develop and deliver sales training to enhance MSC skills
  • Drive membership growth through strategic initiatives
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of hitting KPIs. You should also possess an understanding of the sales cycle, various sales techniques, and customer retention strategies.

Familiarity with business computer systems and excellent communication skills are essential. Previous experience in managing and mentoring teams is highly regarded.
