About the Role- Manage daily operations of an occupational health clinic, overseeing workflows, logistics, and scheduling.
- Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth delivery of services to clients and employees.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses in accordance with established medical protocols, prioritizing employee well-being and safety.
- Foster internal team relationships, promoting collaboration and open communication among staff members.
- Support onsite employee health and wellness initiatives, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Holds valid licensure for the position and current CPR/BLS certification.
- Possesses strong computer skills, proficiency in relevant software applications, and other technology tools.
- Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ambitious, forward-thinking individual with a positive attitude and outgoing personality.
