Project Configuration Manager

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the effective coordination and delivery of project activities, aligning with the project plan.
The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day project tasks, helping meet both project objectives. By delivering high-quality project activity, we support customer acceptance and enable smooth handover to sustainment activities.
The responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and delivering project activities.
- Completing and closing out project activities according to project plans and schedules.
- Capturing information/changes accurately within a unified platform.
- Coordinating and conducting audit and reporting activities.
- Regularly reporting project status.
- Representing the project lead in their absence.
- Coordinating, maintaining, and assessing impacts for the project process and facilitating it.
- Maintaining processes to ensure consistent outputs.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of established processes.
- Facilitating teamwork between internal and external parties.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A health and safety certification.
- A certificate IV or higher level in a technical discipline.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills; and proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard software.
- Knowledge of configuration management principles, practices, and standards.
