We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Employability Skills Trainer. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the Employability Skills Training program to participants and local employers
- Support participants in identifying their skills and securing employment
- Develop personalized career development plans for participants
- Organize and implement training programs tailored to meet the needs of participants
- Build relationships with local employers and community organizations to secure job opportunities for participants
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5pm
